TURKS AND CAICOS ISLAND

Location and Easy Flight options make the islands an ideal destination.

The Turks and Caicos Islands consist of 40 islands and cays, the vast majority of which are uninhabited – at least by people - offering many opportunities to truly get away from it all. The Turks and Caicos Islands have a tremendous amount to offer the sophisticated client, but there are also plenty of places and spaces to just do nothing at all. The islands are surrounded by the third largest barrier reef in the world providing for unparalleled watersports and leisure possibilities. The Turks and Caicos offer a rich and idyllic setting for bird watching, kite boarding, SCUBA diving, snorkeling, sailing or just relaxing at the beach. With miles of pristine white sand beaches, the Turks and Caicos have earned a reputation for having some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The islands of the Turks and Caicos are diverse, from the main tourist center of Providenciales to the more tranquil islands of North and Middle Caicos, the historic island of Salt Cay, to the nation’s capital Grand Turk and the fishing mecca South Caicos. Each island offers different experiences for an owner and a different set of opportunities for nature and water sports enthusiasts. As owners of The Dunes Development Group, who live on island for much of the year, what we build matters to us.. That’s why we have gathered together a team of experts who are taking villa design to a whole new level with an true respect for the privileged environment we are building in. We hope you will join us on our journey to create something special. We invite you to following our Blog and share your thoughts with us as the build moves along.
