Was established in 1969 to provide cost and project management services to clients in the Caribbean

Forty-four years later, the company is now one of the largest and most experienced independent Property and Development companies throughout Latin America and the Caribbean with seven offices, five associated offices and two other Group Companies offering complimentary services to over 30 countries. BCQS has fully staffed offices in Barbados, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago and the Turks and Caicos Islands and has associated offices in Bahamas, Bermuda, Colombia, Guyana and Jamaica. Additionally, BCQS Property Management Limited, a sister company, is incorporated in the Cayman Islands to conduct the business of property and facilities management in the Cayman Islands, and Civil and Structural Engineering Limited, a sister company, is incorporate in the Turks and Caicos Islands and the British Virgin Islands to conduct the business of civil and structural engineering throughout the Caribbean region.
BCQS offers a comprehensive range of consultancy services including project management, quantity surveying, construction management, cost management, appraisals and feasibility studies. The company has extensive experience working on a broad range of development types in the Caribbean region and Latin America.

BCQS is on the approved list of consultants for the EU in Europe, the Foreign and Commonwealth office and Department for International Development in the United Kingdom and the Caribbean Development Bank in the Caribbean. They are also on the approved list of Project Monitors, Quantity Surveyors and Appraisers for the majority of major banks and funding institutions in the region including Scotiabank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank and Butterfield Bank, as well as other leading international institutions such as Textron Financial, Banco Popular, First Bank and Barclays Bank.
